Situated on an abandoned family summer retreat, the master plan envisions a revitalized landscape with a modern luxury hotel with spa amenities and 3–5-bedroom residences. CAL’s scope was to design a typical and repeatable 4-bedroom house. The house is organized to focus on the stunning view from the living, kitchen and dining spaces, opening up via inflected glass walls to leverage the vantage point from the center of the house and pull the outside in.
